The Epson B510DN has an ink cartridge storage space on the front. It is a box type that opens when you pull the lid down. Since the cartridge is in front, it is easy to replace the cartridge.
There's very little oddity with the box, other than the body sticking out a few centimeters and appearing to hang. At first glance, the bulging front shape detracts from the aesthetics of the printer a bit.
Epson B510DN Features
There are four slots available inside the cartridge loading and storage box. The Epson B510DN is claimed to be able to print 8,000 monochrome pages and he can print 7,000 color pages when the slots are filled with the original cartridges.
In addition to the box, there is also a control panel on the front of the printer. It's in the upper right corner. The design is simple, with only a small monochrome LCD screen that can only display two lines of text.
Below the LCD screen are a number of buttons. These buttons are assigned only unlabeled icons, but the function of each button is easily understood by users familiar with working with printers.
For example, you can use the right arrow button with the driver symbol to access the printer menu. There are several menus. Specifically, menus for checking printer status, accessing printer configuration, accessing printer maintenance options, and managing printer connections to the network.
Epson B510DN power consumption
Electricity bills are an important expense to keep an eye on, in addition to the per-page printing cost and printer maintenance costs. When printing color pages, the power consumption of the Epson B510DN ranges from 27 watts to 33 watts. For monochrome pages, the range is 23 watts to 29 watts.
After turning on the printer, the warm-up phase consumes less power, between 15 and 21 watts. The warm-up phase itself usually takes less than a minute.
When the printer status is in ready mode, the power required to keep the printer on is approximately 6 watts. This power consumption can be reduced by up to half by enabling Power Save Mode.

Speaking of downsides, the Epson B510DN has at least two issues. The first is the issue of repeated paper jams and jams when printing with auto-duplex enabled. Second, the photo print quality is not optimal. As for the protruding cartridge chamber design, this issue is purely a matter of taste, so it's hard to classify it as a drawback.
As a business printer that can print 500 sheets of plain paper and 150 sheets of specialty paper at once, the Epson B510DN printer has the ability to print faster and more economically than most AIO (all-in-one) printers, making it a very large scale printer. Recommended for business environment where maximum work efficiency with minimum expenditure cost is really required. Download the latest free Epson B510DN driver from the link below.
